What can I expect during a Feng Shui Assessment?
The methods used to gather information about your property include those used by my teachers, Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai and HH Grandmaster Thomas Lin Yun. We will take measurements with a Feng Shui Compass, a Luo Pan, along with construction and move-in dates, and calculate chi (energy) distribution in your building with extreme accuracy using the famous Flying Stars mathematical formula. This instantly shows whether the property is good for money, health and/or relationships and for how long. We calculate best and worst directions using birthdays of the occupants. We apply the Three Door Ba Gua to the property, building and rooms and suggest appropriate adjustments.
What do New Construction, Renovation Projects and Commercial Feng Shui include?
Site selection; Layout of rooms in the floor plan; Orientation of the building on the lot; Consequences of room additions. We work with Interior Designers, Architects, and Landscapers to ensure the entire team is working together to produce the best possible results. With Commercial Property the main goal is to maximize profits and promote stable relationships with employees and customers.
What is of particular importance?
The Slope of the Land, Main Door Location and Direction, Kitchen Location, Stove Location and Direction, Master Bedroom Location, Bed Location and Direction, Location of the Study, Desk Location and Direction. Even the location and direction of stairs, fireplaces, and toilets are significant.
What does residential Feng Shui include?
Many aspects of the building and property—both visible and invisible—are assessed, including: facing direction; sidewalks, roads, bridges; natural land forms; man-made structures; landscaping; water features; Chi of the land; shape of the building and rooms; layout of the rooms; and house history.
How are results given?
Reported verbally on-site and written on the floor plan. We advise on architectural designs, colors, shapes, materials, lighting, furniture placement and landscaping. “Cures” may include directional re-orientation of doors, room allocation, furniture arrangement, color, sound, and placement of the Five Elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water.

What are Feng Shui Fees?
$185 per hour, minimum of two hours. Typical 3-2-2 house takes 3 hours. Out of town trips are $1000 per day plus expenses. Please call for an estimate for Estate Homes, Commercial or Large Projects.
What difference can a Feng Shui assessment make for me?

Measurements with a Feng Shui Compass called a Luo Pan, along with construction and move-in dates, allow us to calculate Qi (chee) energy distribution in your building with extreme accuracy using the famous Flying Stars mathematical formula. This instantly shows whether the property is good for money, health and/or relationships and for how long. We calculate best and worst directions using birthdays of the occupants. We apply the Three Door Ba Gua to the property, building and rooms. If there is a part of the Ba Gua missing in the shapes of your lot, house or rooms, this can affect your health, money and relationships depending on what areas are missing. We will recommend “cures” to resolve the shapes. If anyone has a health challenge, we consider that first. After you make the recommended adjustments, you should experience an expansion in your life, in the areas that were affected. Clients have reported better health; more restful sleep; less stress; more romance and even marriage proposals! Others have gotten job offers and other lucrative opportunities; better support from friends and strangers; a more active social and travel life; growth of investments; clarity of thought; large cash gifts; problems seem to vanish over-night. In short, life is easier is many ways. It doesn’t mean there will never be any problems, but you will be able to recover from them quickly with less stress.
Can you help me figure out my best house directions?
Every person has four auspicious (lucky) and 4 inauspicious (unlucky) directions according to their birthday and gender. It’s very easy to tell you your best house directions, and we can also tell you what degrees on the compass are the best Facing & Sitting directions for you. If you and your spouse are in two different Life Groups, we show you how to set up your home to accommodate both of you. When do I find out the results of the Feng Shui evaluation?
Results of your Feng Shui consultation are reported verbally on-site. We make written notes right on the floor plan that you provide, of any “cures” needed, and most clients also take their own notes as we walk about the property. A recap is e-mailed if needed.
